Jerzy Karney
President of the Management Board
A graduate of the University of Warsaw [pedagogy and postgraduate studies in the functioning of the national economy (specialisation: Money and Banking)]. He gained his professional experience working for the largest companies in the Polish financial market, including Bank Pekao SA, Raiffeisen Investment and PZU S.A. Group.
I was Director of Investor Relations and Multimedia Content at Interia.pl Group. Then I joined the investment fund MAGELLAN PRO-EQUITY FUND I S.A. (Cersanit, Synthos, Barlinek, Echo Investment), which is owned by Michał Sołowow. I was responsible, among other things, for the financing of investment projects, asset structure analysis and currency risk management.
Monika Macura
Member of the Management Board
Legal counsel, founder of Macura Law Firm. My areas of expertise include advising in the areas of fintech, lendtech, e-commerce, payment services, relations with supervisory authorities, new technology law, data protection law and RODO, AML, cryptocurrencies, blockchain and artificial intelligence.
I support companies offering payment services, as well as financial and lending institutions, companies in the insurance sector, credit intermediaries, software developers, mobile applications and entrepreneurs providing online services.
Dorota Urbańska

Experienced manager in cards and payments, skilled in management from business to operational side.
I focus on modern and innovative products, services and technologies related to cards and payments. I am a professional with a strong personality. I focus on achieving goals by demonstrating my ability to think strategically and work under time pressure.
